In cooking Spanish Sardines pasta, first pre-cook spaghetti pasta and set aside.
To cook the pasta dish itself, heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté garlic and onion. Add in sliced tomatoes and stir fry the ingredients until cooked. Pour in spanish sardines. Stir and let it cook for while. Scoop out the sardines, debone them before placing it back on the pan. Shred the sardines meat. Season with a pinch of salt and a dash of black ground pepper.
Toss in the pre-cooked pasta. Stir to evenly coat the pasta with the sardines sauce. Add salt as needed depending on your preferred taste. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve and Enjoy!
