How to cook Cheesy Garlic Shrimp

Cheesy Garlic Shrimp

To cook cheesy garlic shrimp, first is to skin the shrimps. Remove the feet, tail, and antennae using scissors. After removing the outer shell, remove the vein that can be found at the back of the shrimp using a skewer.

In a pan, melt 100g of butter. Add 2 bulbs of minced garlic. Add 400g of cleaned shrimp. Let it cook.

Once the shrimp is cooked add the 82.5g grated cheese which is half of the whole block of cheese. Then add 82.5ml of lemon soda. Let it simmer.

Adjust the flavor by adding some salt and pepper. Also, add 2 tablespoons of sugar then mix all the ingredients.

Add the julienne cut green bell pepper, cook for a few minutes before serving.

  • 405.8 grams shrimp
  • 2 bulbs garlic

  • 1 piece green bell pepper
  • 82.5 ml lemon soda sprite
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • salt
  • black ground pepper
