To make homemade Oreo ice cream, crush a whole pack (or 137 grams) of Oreo.
For the milk mixture, Place ice cubes and cold water in a stainless bowl. Put a smaller stainless bowl on top. Pour 1 pack (or 250 ml) of all-purpose cream on the smaller bowl (use a prechilled pack of cream). Whisk the cream until the texture softens. Add 1 can (168 ml) of condensed milk. Remove the milk mixture on the ice.
Put the crushed Oreo into the milk mixture. Mix to blend all the ingredients well.
In a container of your choice, pour a layer of the mixture. Put some crushed Oreo before adding another layer of the mixture. Add more crushed Oreo on top of the final layer. Chill overnight.
