127.30 grams Sayote
204.60 grams Tokwa/ Tofu
84.50 grams Carrots
165.3 grams Cabbage
290 grams Togue/ Bean sprouts
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
Lumpia wrapper/ Pastry Wrapper

  1. Add cooking oil into the pan.
  2. Fry 204.6 grams of tofu chopped into cubes until golden brown.
  3. Remove excess oil using a paper towel and set it aside.
  4. Add more cooking oil.
  5. Saute 1 piece of onion chopped in the pan.
  6. Add the chopped vegetables: 84.5 grams of carrots, 127.3 grams of chayote, 81.9 grams of Baguio beans.
  7. Add salt to taste.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar then mix everything well.
  9. Add a pinch of ground pepper to taste.
  10. Add 290 grams of bean sprout and add more cooking oil if needed.
  11. Add 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce then mix it well.
  12. Add 165.3 grams of cabbage chopped.
  13. Mix and wait until all the vegetables are cooked.
  14. Use large lumpia wrapper.
  15. Put some the vegetable and tofu on the wrapper.
  16. Fold the opposite sides of the wrapper then roll it up.
  17. Seal it with water.
  18. Pour oil into the frying pan.
  19. Fry the lumpia until it’s golden brown.
  20. Remove excess oil using a paper towel.
