3 cloves Garlic
1 piece White onion
3 1/2 – 4 cups Pork and
Shrimp Stock/ Water
1 1/2 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
2 pieces Carrots
113.90 grams Baguio beans
1/4 kl Pork (Boiled)
270 grams Pansit canton
1 Tbsp Corn starch
177.80 grams Cabbage
163.70 grams Shrimp
Cooking oil
Salt and Ground Pepper
Knorr Pork broth cube (Optional)

  1. Put 3 to 4 tablespoon of cooking oil and spread it evenly into the pan.
  2. Fry 1/4 kilogram of chopped pork until golden brown, then set aside.
  3. Add 163.7 grams of shrimp into the pan, saute until golden orange then set it aside. Make sure not to overcook.
  4. Add more cooking oil to the pan if needed.
  5. Saute 2 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 piece of chopped onion in the pan.
  6. Add two cups of pork and shrimp stock that can be made by boiling the following: water, pork meat, shrimp head, salt, onion. Let it simmer.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Add 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce and mix evenly.
  9. Add 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce and mix evenly.
  10. You can add pork broth cube for more flavor and let it boil.
  11. Add the chopped carrots and 113.9 grams of chopped Baguio beans.
  12. Add 13 pieces of squid balls chopped into half.
  13. Mix until vegetables are well distributed and let it simmer.
  14. Add the fried pork.
  15. Next, you can now add the Pansit Canton and just mix it to cook it evenly.
  16. Add 1 and 1/2 cup to 2 cups of more pork and shrimp broth.
  17. Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and mix it.
  18. Add 177.8 grams of chopped cabbage. Mix it well.
  19. Add the shrimp then one last mix until ingredients are well distributed and just let it simmer for a few more minutes.
